As short note, I’m right now at the thumbnail creation for my new plugin. A couple of days I study other plugin and their procedure of creating thumbnails.
I woud like to start at the weekend with this work and I decided to take a already existing php class, because it’s stupid to do recode this part again.
My favorite is the PHP Thumbnailer Class v2.0 , a second mighty class is phpThumb(). I will test both of them and look for functions, speed and usability in my plugin.
If anybody knows a good php class for thumbnails… please send me a link.
