To try and give a little something back, I just left a post in your forum for WP-Table that has a link for a site that has a CSS style demonstrator for tabular data. The site lets you see a table displayed with tons of different css variations and then, if you want, you can freely download the css file for a variation you liked.
Thought it could be a useful resource for you, or others using your plugin, who want to customize the look of the tables the plugin creates.
